Terms of Service
The terms governing your use of this marketplace and any bookings you make through it.
These terms ("Terms") govern your use of our marketplace ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any bookings you make through it. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.
1. About us
We operate a marketplace connecting customers with independent experience operators ("Operators"). The contract for each experience is between you and the Operator. We facilitate the booking, payment and communications, but we are not the provider of the experience itself.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Bookings on behalf of children must be made by a parent or guardian. Some experiences have higher minimum age requirements stated on the listing. By booking, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
3. Account / no account
The Platform doesn't require an account for customers. You manage bookings via secure email magic links sent to the address you used at checkout. Keep your email account secure — anyone with access to your email can manage bookings tied to it.
4. Bookings
When you complete a booking, you enter into a binding contract with the Operator for the experience selected. The Platform forms part of that contract by reference. Each Operator may have additional terms applicable to their experience (waivers, age restrictions, behaviour expectations); these are shown on the listing where applicable.
Bookings are confirmed only when payment has cleared and you've received a confirmation email. A pending booking does not guarantee a spot.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on each listing in the Operator's nominated currency. The total at checkout includes the ticket price, our platform fee (3%) and any taxes; this is the full amount you'll be charged. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are not stored or seen by us. Refunds, where due, are processed in accordance with our refund policy.
6. Cancellations and modifications
See our refund policy for full detail. Briefly: most experiences offer free cancellation within a set window before the start time; modifications follow the same window. Late cancellations are at the Operator's discretion. Operator-initiated cancellations always result in a full refund.
7. Operator obligations
Operators are responsible for delivering the experience as described, maintaining the licences and insurance required by law, complying with safety regulations, and treating customers fairly. We vet Operators before listing (identity, business registration, licences, insurance, listing accuracy) and monitor performance through reviews, complaints and refund rates. However, we are not the provider of the experience and cannot guarantee Operator performance on any given day.
8. Customer obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information (name, email, phone)
- Turn up at the stated time, location and condition (e.g., not under the influence where the experience requires it)
- Follow reasonable safety instructions from the Operator
- Treat the Operator, their staff and other participants with respect
- Disclose relevant medical conditions or accessibility needs in advance
Operators may refuse service for safety or behaviour reasons; in such cases, refund eligibility is determined under our refund policy.
9. Reviews
You may submit a review only after attending an experience. Reviews are moderated by us within 24-48 hours; we publish honest reviews (positive and negative) and reject reviews containing personal attacks, defamation, off-topic content or attempts at extortion. You retain rights to your review content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the Platform.
10. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Scrape, reverse-engineer or systematically extract Platform data
- Submit fraudulent bookings, payments or reviews
- Use the Platform to harass, defame or threaten others
- Attempt to circumvent the booking process to deal with Operators outside the Platform
- Resell bookings without express permission from the Operator
- Use the Platform to violate any law applicable to you
Violation may result in suspension or termination of your access, cancellation of pending bookings without refund, and where applicable referral to law enforcement.
11. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its design, code, branding and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without permission.
Operator-provided content (listings, photos, descriptions) is licensed to us by the Operator for display on the Platform. The copyright remains with the Operator.
12. Liability
The experience itself is delivered by the Operator. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for the experience is limited. Specifically:
- We are not liable for the Operator's performance, including any injury, illness, damage or loss arising from participation in the experience.
- Our total liability to you in connection with the Platform is limited to the platform fee paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages.
- None of these limitations affect your statutory rights, our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Operator dispute
Disputes about the experience itself are between you and the Operator. We facilitate resolution where possible (mediating, processing refunds, applying our refund policy) but the underlying contract is between you and the Operator. We are not party to that contract.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any third-party rights.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Termination doesn't affect rights and obligations that have already accrued (e.g., your right to a pending refund, our right to retain transaction records).
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify you of material changes by email to the address tied to recent bookings, and the updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a last-updated date. Continued use of the Platform after the change means you accept the updated Terms. Bookings made before the change are governed by the Terms in force at the time of booking.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of [Jurisdiction]. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction], except where consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
