Discover, book, enjoy. Three simple steps from browsing to your big day out — plus a few thoughtful touches along the way.
Booking should be the smallest part of your experience. Here's how we keep it simple — and what we do behind the scenes to make sure the experience itself lives up to the hype.
1. Discover
Browse a handpicked catalogue of events, tours and day trips. Filter by category (walking tours, food and drink, day trips, history and culture, outdoor and adventure, nightlife, family-friendly, boat and water), location, date, price or duration. Compare experiences side-by-side, save favourites to your wishlist, and use the search bar to jump straight to what you have in mind.
Each listing shows everything we think you need to decide:
- Photos taken by the operator (no stock images)
- What's included and what isn't
- Duration, group size, meeting point, accessibility
- Real reviews from people who attended
- The operator's identity, with badges showing how long they've been on the platform
- Free-cancellation deadline and refund policy
2. Book
Pick a date and time, choose your tickets (and any extras the operator offers — pickup point, dietary requirements, equipment hire), and pay securely with Stripe. The total at checkout is what you pay — no surprise fees later. You'll receive your confirmation email immediately, with everything you need to manage the booking later: a magic link to My bookings, an "Add to calendar" file, the operator's direct contact and the cancellation deadline.
If your card is declined, we'll tell you why and let you retry without losing what you've filled in. If you change your mind during checkout and close the tab, your selection is saved for 24 hours so you can pick up where you left off.
3. Enjoy
The best part. We send a friendly reminder 24 hours before your experience with the meeting point and weather forecast. On the day, show up with your booking number (in the email and in My bookings), have a great time, and a couple of days later we'll ask if you'd like to leave a review.
What if plans change?
Visit My bookings any time. Enter your email, get a fresh access link, and you can:
- Modify tickets. Add or remove tickets up to the cancellation deadline. The new total — top-up due or refund coming — is shown before you confirm.
- Cancel. Within the free-cancellation window, refunds are automatic and immediate.
- View details. Tickets, participants, payment history, line items, status timeline.
- Resend confirmation. Lost the email? One click to get it again.
- Download receipt. A printable copy for your records or expense claim.
If something goes wrong
It rarely does — but when it does, we don't leave you hanging. Operator cancelled? Automatic full refund. Genuine complaint about the experience? Tell us within 14 days and we'll investigate within 5 business days. Lost wallet on the way and need to retry payment? Click the retry link in your booking and your details are still there.
For operators
Run experiences and want to list with us? Get in touch. We're looking for operators who care about their craft, can demonstrate good safety practice, and want to be discovered by customers who would never otherwise have found them. We'll get you onboarded in under a week — including Stripe Connect setup, listing review, and a quick chat to make sure we're a good fit for each other.
